By accessing or using Dash Up, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
The service allows you to browse products, manage a shopping cart, and generate a checkout QR code for cashier validation. Any misuse, including attempts to bypass payment or exploit system errors, is strictly prohibited.
Dash Up collects basic personal information (name, email, phone) to facilitate transactions. Data is stored locally and not sold to third parties. We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
While we strive for accuracy, product pricing and availability are ultimately determined at the cashier's system.
Customers earn 1 point per ₱10 spent. Points may be redeemed for discounts subject to availability. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
One account works across all stores. However, your cart is store-specific and cannot mix items across stores. When switching stores, your cart for that store is loaded separately.
Dash Up serves as a facilitating system. All disputes must be resolved directly with the retailer. The generated QR code is a request for checkout, not a payment confirmation.
Dash Up shall not be liable for price discrepancies, availability issues, service interruptions, or any damages arising from use of this platform.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to Philippine courts.
